لابيو (LABYO) خدمة وكيل حجز بالذكاء الاصطناعي للمطاعم، تشغّلها شركة حلول التوريد ش.م.م، سجل تجاري رقم 1647302، سلطنة عُمان. يرد الوكيل «أحمد» على رسائلك نيابةً عن المطعم، ويساعدك في الحجز والإلغاء.

The service

LABYO is an AI booking agent for restaurants, operated by Supply Solutions LLC, Commercial Registration No. 1647302, Sultanate of Oman. Its agent, Ahmed, replies to your messages on the restaurant's behalf and helps you book and cancel.

By using the chat, you agree to these terms.

ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي

• ردود «أحمد» يولّدها الذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد تحتوي على أخطاء يصححها المطعم.
• المطعم مسؤول عن قائمته وأسعاره ومواعيده وتوفر الطاولات وخدمته.
• إذا كانت لديك حساسية من طعام، فتأكد منها مباشرةً مع موظفي المطعم قبل الطلب.

AI replies

• Ahmed's replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, which the restaurant corrects.
• The restaurant is responsible for its menu, prices, opening hours, table availability and service.
• If you have a food allergy, confirm it directly with the restaurant's staff before ordering.

الحجوزات والإلغاء

يكون حجزك مؤكدًا عندما يرسل إليك «أحمد» رقم الحجز بحالة مؤكَّد. بعض الطلبات تحتاج إلى موافقة المطعم أولًا، وسيخبرك «أحمد» بذلك. تخضع الحجوزات والإلغاءات لسياسات المطعم.

Bookings and cancellations

Your booking is confirmed when Ahmed sends you a booking number with the status confirmed. Some requests need the restaurant's approval first; Ahmed will tell you when that is the case. Bookings and cancellations are subject to the restaurant's own policies.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم المحادثة من أجل:

• إنشاء حجوزات وهمية أو باسم شخص آخر دون إذنه.
• إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو مسيئة أو غير قانونية.
• محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو التلاعب بها.

يجوز للمطعم أو للابيو إيقاف الرد على من يخالف ذلك.

Acceptable use

Do not use the chat to:

• Make fake bookings, or bookings in someone else's name without their permission.
• Send spam, abusive or unlawful messages.
• Try to disrupt or manipulate the service.

The restaurant or LABYO may stop replying to anyone who does.

الخصوصية ومنصات المراسلة

نعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية، وفيها تعليمات حذف البيانات.

يخضع استخدامك لواتساب أو إنستغرام أيضًا لشروط Meta وسياساتها الخاصة بهذين التطبيقين.

Privacy and messaging platforms

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes data deletion instructions.

Your use of WhatsApp or Instagram is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies for those apps.

حدود المسؤولية

تقتصر مسؤولية لابيو على الحد الذي يسمح به القانون العُماني. قد يخطئ الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويصحح المطعم هذه الأخطاء.

Liability

LABYO's liability is limited to the extent Omani law allows. The AI may make mistakes, and the restaurant corrects them.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وتختص محاكم مسقط، سلطنة عُمان، بالفصل في أي نزاع.

إذا اختلف النص العربي عن الإنجليزي، يُعتمد النص العربي.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, decide any dispute.

If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.

تعديل الشروط

إذا عدّلنا هذه الشروط، ننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة ونحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلاها.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
